The Return Of The Products

According to the legislation in force, the right of return is only applicable to individuals.

The consumer has the obligation to notify the seller of Top Line SRL phone 0728.986.420 or by mail contact@superiorline.ro according to the law of commerce at a distance (O. G. no. 34/2014 with subsequent amendments) the decision of return of the products purchased, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, return costs will be borne by the Consumer.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. We do not accept return if the product shows traces of wear and tear or consumption, to be unwrapped, has all the labels intact and the documents which accompanied him

Seller Top Line SRL will reimburse the product within 14 days from the date of information by the consumer over its decision to return the products. Top Line SRL may delay the refund of the product until the receipt of the product sold.

We don't accept delivery by Post or payment on delivery, parcels sent will be returned

The value to be returned the Buyer will be by bank transfer (IBAN RON)
